REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

The 2024 IACR Scientific Conference will be held in Beijing, China and is co-hosted by the National Cancer Center/ Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences on 05-07 November 2024.  There will be two pre-conference workshops held on Monday, 04 November 2024 at the same venue.

• Conference Registration Fees
  • Fee Categories:
    • Standard rate, valid from registration opening until 4th November 2024: 650.00 US Dollars
    • Accompanying Person*: 250.00 US Dollars

• • The Registration fee includes:
    • Access to all conference program sessions, including the welcome reception, all conference sessions. Activities planned outside of the conference sessions are the following:
    • Pre-Conference workshops. There are two half-day pre-conference workshops to be held on 4th November 2024 with limited slots. Reservation of slots will be subject to the approval of the workshop working groups:
      1. National estimation (Morning, 4th Nov 2024)
      2. Cancer burden and lifetime risk (Afternoon, 4th Nov 2024)
    • Welcome Reception 4th November 2024
    • Conference gala dinner on 6th November 2024.
    • Coffee / tea breaks and lunches on conference days (4-7 November 2024)
    • IACR 2024 posters exhibition
    • Conference documentation and collaterals (if given out)
  • The Registration fee DOES NOT include:

    • Travel and visa expenses, airport fees and transfers
    • Travel insurance

• Accommodation:  The conference venue and recommended accommodation is the Beijing International Hotel with address at: No.9 Jianguomennei Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China.

  • Room reservation at the Beijing International Hotel for conference delegates is only available through conference registration.   You will need to fill-in your exact check-in and check-out dates on the registration pages and choose the appropriate room type. 

  • Payment for the accommodation fees will be upon arrival at the hotel.
