IACR includes cancer registries that are or have the potential of becoming population based cancer registries (PBCRs), Networks and Associations of registries, organizations (who promote the goals and mission of IACR) and individuals who demonstrated professional commitments in cancer registration.
Members of the Association are entitled to a vote, primarily to determine changes to the constitution and the election of the Board. Voting rights will be subject to the timely payment of annual dues.
Members of the Association include: Cancer registries that are or have the potential of becoming PBCRs; and Networks and Associations of PBCRs.
Membership Dues (Annual Fee of EUR 200.00 or US$ 250.00 for 2019) for voting membership (population-based cancer registries that are or have the potential of becoming PBCRs; Networks and Associations of PBCRs (Annual Fee of EUR 600.00 or US$ 750.00) including those with a constituency of regional and/or national PBCRs, those established for PBCRs, and the entities that function as PBCRs).
Voting rights are subject to the timely payment of annual dues by December 31st every year.
Associate (non-voting) members: individuals not currently working in a Member organization but with professional commitments in cancer registration; the Honorary Members; the Organizations that promote the goals and mission of IACR (such as public health organizations, cancer societies, foundations, associations representing cancer registrars, education/training agencies, entities involved in patient care, corporate entities, cancer patient groups, publishers and vendors). Associate members are not entitled to a vote.
The annual fee is EUR 100.00 or US$ 125.00 for an individual associate membership and EUR 600.00 or US$ 750.00 for corporate membership.
TRAINING
IACR members can access a wide range of training activities:
- Two to three workshops during the IACR annual meetings (trends, survival, CanReg, developing a cancer registry)

Regional Courses (eleven regional courses have been delivered in 2015 in conjunction with GICR), to train more than 400 registry staff including previously underserved populations such as the first ever Russian speaking event hosted in Kazakhstan.

FELLOWSHIPS
Registries who wish to benefit from the experience of another registry can apply through the Calum Muir Fellowship Fund to support the training of one or two of their registry members.
The IACR Conference Finance Support program will support the attendance of a number of participants to attend its IACR annual scientific meeting, The Connie Percy Fellowship will support the travel of 2 to 3 participants to the IACR meetings.

The voting membership category includes all cancer registries that are or have the potential of becoming PBCRs; Networks and Associations of PBCRs. The quality of the data is not evaluated as a condition of membership. Voting rights are subject to the timely payment of annual dues.
Non-voting membership (Associate) is given to organizations that promote the goals and mission of IACR and to individual (who are not currently working in a Member organization, but have demonstrated professional commitments in cancer registration; and Honorary Members).

The Board of Director reviews the membership requests on a quarterly basis. As soon as the decision is taken, you will be informed and you can start enjoying the privileges of your membership.
